Eternal Routes is a Family Finding program that focuses on reconnecting youth who have been removed from their caregivers, back to members of their extended family.
Eternal Routes is a family unification program based on the Family Finding model developed by California Permanency for Youth Project (CYPY). Eternal Routes connects youth unable to live with their parents and Crown wards aging out of foster care with relatives who would be willing to provide the youth with the support they need to transition into adulthood and avoid homelessness.
This program is available to youth under 25 years old from Niagara.
